Refund Policy

We provide refund ONLY within first 14 days in case of following:

  • Double Transaction i.e user is charged twice for same product.
  • Some software bug causes the product/code/programme to crash,provided we are able to reproduce the issue on our side. In case we are able to reproduce the bug and able to provide a patch ,updated product/code/programme would be made available to the user at no cost.User may be asked to provide more detailed information in such cases for us to reproduce bug including but not limited to hardware system-configuration,input to the programme/code/product. In case we are not able to provide a patch even after reproducing the issue,we would issue refund for that product.
  • In case we are not able to reproduce the bug/issue on our side ,we WOULD NOT be able to provide any REFUND.
